In accordance with the Covenants, trash cans must not be visible from the street. Please secure them in your garage, at the side of your house behind an enclosure, or in your backyard. Submit requests for approval to the ACC prior to purchasing or installing any enclosures.

ACC Reminders
As the warm weather returns, people look forward to working on their outdoor home improvement or landscaping projects. However, it’s important to note that certain projects require approval from ACC, such as roofing or siding replacement, changing the exterior paint color, fence installation, building an exterior structure.
